I have completed my bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education majoring in English. I am interested in pursuing a career in the field of ESL industry. My first ever job was in the BPO industry. I worked as a call center agent for two years while pursuing my education at the same time. There I was able to learn how to take and handle calls in a polite way. At work, I was able to open up more as well as learn how to communicate better with others. My interests include music. I've learned so much about myself and how to be a better person, which has made me feel more confident than I've ever been before.
