Are you tired of tutors who speak too fast? Do you want to understand more in class? If so, I am the tutor for you. Here is some information about me. I successfully completed the training for my TESOL 120-hour certificate in the summer of 2018, and I have been teaching English online since September of that year. I have also been a public speaker since 1991, and I continue to do public speaking today. I use the training that I have received over the years for public speaking to help my students improve their English-speaking skills. I prefer to speak at a slower pace because I understand how much it helps students to understand. I became a small business owner in 1994, and I operated my own business for 20 years. My wife and I currently live in the Colombia, South America, and before this we lived in the Dominican Republic. I am currently learning to read and speak the Spanish language, and because of this I understand the challenges of learning a language. I feel that learning should be enjoyable, and so I have a light, "fun" approach to my teaching. I hope that I can help you with your English reading and speaking skills.
