I hold a Diploma in Natural Medicine and am a qualified Yoga Teacher and Swimming Instructor. As an outdoor enthusiast, I deeply love nature—especially being in and around water. I live with my fiancé in a charming coastal village in South Africa, where we share our home with two adorable dogs who often keep me company while I teach. When I’m not tutoring online or leading Yoga classes for the local community, you’ll likely find me open-water swimming or spending time with my dog.
