Hello! My name is Jen. I live in the Mid-West part of America. I studied English and Culinary Arts. I have over 15 years of experience as a chef. My specialty is fusion cooking - this means I like to take foods from other countries and adapt them to Western cooking styles. I enjoy reading, learning about new cultures, and gardening. I have 3 children ages 13, 11, and 5 who love Japanese food and movies! I look forward to getting to know you in class!
